The beginning of our Sustainability program was centered on philanthropy in our local communities and while that remains an important aspect, we aim to go much further. A responsible corporation must take into account its global and local impacts with respect to human rights, health and safety, and the environment. This Code of Conduct outlines our standards and expectations for all our employees in all our business activities. It is the responsibility of each of us, no matter our role or level of seniority, to uphold this new Code.
